Servicing generally consists of the following:
- Consulting with the owner on recent operation of the unit
- Removal of winter covers (pre season service)
- Inspecting and testing the unit
- Disinfecting and washing tank
- Back washing of filter pads
- Lubricating of components
- Setting water Levels and Bleed off Rates
- Assessing wear and tear of filter pads, belts, pumps, fan motors and other components
- Reassembling unit and testing operation
- Fitting of winter covers (end of season service)
- Advising customer of any potential problems or further maintenance problems and advising on how best to operate
